Responsibilities
Post entries using the accounting in house software
Perform month-end and year-end close processes
Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements) Perform quarterly and year-end consolidation reporting using the consolidation in house software
Manage tax payments and tax reporting. Complies with tax filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; calculating monthly and quarterly estimated tax payments; assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filings
Ensure sufficient funds are available to cover operational and capital investment needs. Proceed with payments to vendors from different bank accounts
Participate to budgets and forecasts preparation and prepare budget and Year to Date reporting. Monitor and report on budget discrepancies
Audit coordinator
Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data
Basic Salary
2750 - 3250 USD/Month
