| Duties and Functions |
The Business Developer will be covering the Western Region; and will be assisted by the Project Business & Specification Manager – Middle East Area, and the KSA full team in order to accomplish his mission. The BD will deploy and manage the company’s specification model, processes and activities among different specs target groups, in order to secure and develop the company’s business in construction projects in the western region of KSA. And will support the Specs coordinator of Central & Eastern region of KSA, in Controls Specifications. |
| Responsibilities |
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
o Mapping all projects under design and under construction in the region.
o Processing and managing project portfolio in Secure-a-job Software.
o Reviewing/Determining the Façade Concept i.e. architectural specs.*
o Reviewing /Determining Motors & Controls Specifications
o Tendering & Post-Contract
