| Duties and Functions |
1. Board Support: Supports operations and administration of the Board by advising and informing Board on Risk Management Issues, Quality Improvement Programs, Patient Safety Programs, Operations and Financial Goals, Objectives and Interfacing between Board and Staff.
2. Program, Product & Service Delivery: Oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services.
3. Quality Improvement & Patient Safety: Instituting and overseeing patient safety and quality improvement programs to ensure the highest standards of patient care and services. These include accreditation and inter institutional tie-ups and collaborations.
4. Financial and Operational Management: Recommends yearly operational and financial budgets for Board Approval and prudently manages organization’s resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations.
5. Human Resources Management: Provides leadership and motivation to the organization’s employees and evolve suitable / appropriate compensation and retention strategies.
Public Relations: Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong and positive image to the relevant stakeholders including vendors, financial institutions and social organizations.
