| Duties and Functions |
Manage the team, Plans, directs, and supervises the company’s AV projects and installation activities |
| Responsibilities |
Supervise and manage the implementation/execution of assigned projects
Manage the work site manpower & planning.
Manage all aspects of Techno Q’s technical matters related to AV systems, i.e. to guide the involved to find the right solution
Prepare Standard Manual for Installations of AV and security Systems
Issue reports on projects’ progress to management
Train Techno Q staff members on selected topics
Implement Company Quality Management System
Supervise and manage the implementation/execution of assigned projects
