| Duties and Functions |
- Implement strategic priorities for the project in terms of commercial management, project management, finance management as well as managing necessary stakeholders
- Monitor day-to-day relationships with partners (contractors, architects...) for ongoing developments, and establish metrics to analyze and track performance of partners
- Monitor necessary coordination to manage project site and logistics, project documentation, project cost and working capital management, and other elements of project management.
- Ensure project are delivered on time, within budget and to the approved quality
- Supervise employees to ensure optimum performance, train and develop staff, provide coaching, and make hiring decisions
- Supervise the planning, budgeting, and control of operating and capital expenditures
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate with consulting engineers, architects, construction managers, and construction contractors during all phases of project design and construction
- Oversee due diligence process and monitor the activity of outside brokers
- Provide strong leadership and communication to department heads regarding objectives and strategies, policies and procedures, service standards, and operating plans.
- Plan, prepare, present and monitor operations and the capital budget; enforcing company standards, policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with local laws.
