| Duties and Functions |
1. Overall store Operations and Logistics.
2. Maximize Sales in all retail stores.
3. Human Resource Management and Recruitment.
4. Target and Turnover Management.
5. Control Expenses (Note Payroll is the main expense) in all areas.
6. Ensure our Teams are made of strong players and poised for Growth.
7. Team Motivation and Career Growth.
8. Ensure great Guest Satisfaction in each location.
9. Coordinate and direct the central corporate staff including marketing, public relations, distribution and logistics, Training, Human Relations and other corporate-level departments.
10. Act as Agent Liaison between each Country Franchise Office; the Regional Franchise Office (BAB Gulf Office) and the Licensor.

| Responsibilities |
To provide the management skills necessary in the implementation; development and operation of a successful multi-country retail operation. Become the liaison between the new sub franchise Middle Eastern Operations and the Master Franchisee. Be able to provide all the necessary reports back to our Franchise Office. |
