Duties and Functions Objective Setting & planning: 1. Set clear objectives that are consistent with the brand direction & goals within each team member. 2. Review progress vs. objectives at weekly meetings, quarter reviews, mid-year & year end reviews. 3. Ensure clear communication and adherence to pricing and distribution policy. 4. Set & agree with the management on annual sales & distribution, development, marketing activities & events targets and budget planning by customer & activity. 5. Secure a proper implementation of all loyalty & other agreements. This includes: availability of all SKUs across all outlets & mini-bars (wherever applicable), menu listing and proper visibility as per brand standards. 6. Constantly increase availability, visibility and the number of Perfect Outlets, according to the brand’s standards. 7. Follow up and ensure Sales targets for the month are met as well as collection dues settled from the market. Tracking measures and problem solving: 8. Follow-up on the territory sales development on a daily basis. 9. Provide ongoing feedback to the team on their performance, 10. Acquire new business & increase customer base. 11. Provide monthly contracts & budget tracking updates. 12. Secure monthly routes & operational reports update: This include route plans, POSM master plan, event plan & On-Premise events calendar. 13. Secure proper in-market stock coverage/levels on FIFO basis with all customers and no out of stock situation across all SKUs. 14. Report on a monthly basis market highlights including: 1-Customers analysis & sales achievements, 2- Event reports, 3-Budget updates Coaching: 15. Assess performer capability through WORK*WITHs and ONE with ONEs providing development feedback to the team. 16. Align with the company management to deliver group training as required. 17. Plan & schedule weekly & monthly on the job training through field visits with every team member. 18. Apply the mid-year and year end review sessions for every team member. Customer: 19. Support successful execution of core work (Backroom management, merchandising and POSM) 20. Maintain a physical presence in the market to ensure understanding of customers needs. 21. Build preferential relationship with key accounts, volume & image customers. 22. Conduct monthly & quarterly business reviews with key accounts. KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES (WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE) 1. Achieve the monthly sales objectives & targets through close follow-up and cooperation with sales team. 2. Execute the company’s contractual commitments as per agreed plan & budget. 3. Secure availability & visibility as per the companys' standards. 4. Improve on routes productivity & efficiency KPI’s for all routes within the country. 5. Implement the annual development & training program and secure a motivated & high performing team. 6. Execute with excellence the On-Premise marketing plans and activation programs. 7. Increase turnover and the no. of Perfect Outlets. 8. Motivate, train, supervise and develop the team. 9. Know and understand the market. 10.To ensure quality of execution
Responsibilities Develop the On-Premise channel within Lebanon by growing both volume & image through proper execution of the availability, visibility & brand standards. This involves the ability to increase customer base through continuous development, coaching and training of the team, and catering for the aggressive marketing calendar and activation programs.
