| Duties and Functions |
• Developing and implementing the annual business plan for all our outlets.
• Leading and developing a team of Store, Technical, Facility and Utilities managers (total staff over 450)
• Ensuring proper implementation of corporate policies and procedures in all stores.
• Liaising and coordinating with other departments to achieve performance targets.
• Managing the stores’ budget
• Overseeing construction, redesign or refurbishment projects and ensuring their completion within deadlines.
• Ensuring the provision of operational support to tenants and stores.
