| Duties and Functions |
• Focus on sales and profitability, maintain customer focus standards, set work pace and deliver on departmental/store goals.
• Seek out and approaches customers in and outside of selling area and be courteous, considerate & gracious in all the dealings with customers, suppliers & associates.
• Record and maintain all customer information and preferences.
• Model the boutique Service Principles (G-R-E-A-T Standards).
• Follow the boutique grooming standards as mentioned in the Associate Handbook.
• Be responsible to update product knowledge on an on going basis in coordination with the Department/ Boutique or Floor Manager.
• Be proactive and creative by increasing sales thru cross-selling across the store.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude that sees problems as challenges to be faced and overcome.
• Be a participative, helpful Associate and a willing team player.
• Be meticulous, organized & punctual in handling all house-keeping & operational duties.
• Follow all visual merchandising guidelines & instructions.
• Comply with all company policies & procedures, including loss prevention, security and safety are adhered to.
• Be involved in all other department initiatives, including but not limited to, selling floor maintenance, semi annual inventory, and preparation for sale events, as directed by the Boutique/Department Manager.
