| Duties and Functions |
• Supervises the day to day activities of the account
• Manages, reviews and approves the development and implementing of material proposals including media proposals.
• Oversees, analyses client input, together with background knowledge, research, field feedback
• Writes and supervises the development of creative and media brief
• Helps in the development of creative objectives, advertising strategies, plans and other agency initiatives and recommendations
• Works closely, cooperatively and proactively with clients as well the agency departments and management
• Helps the team members to develop their professional skills and growth
• Trains, encourages, motivates and provides direction for the team for addressing client marketing /advertising problems and opportunities
• Communicates relevant client business information, client attitudes, potential problems and business developments to management
• Ensures frequent and constructive dialogue/communication between team and other departments
• Exercises leadership
• Maintains good contact/relation with client
• Plays the role of revenue generator
• Builds the business
• Develops billing forecast
• Responsible for set budget and overall account profitability
• Ensures advertising plans are consistent with marketing objectives and strategies
• Supervises, directs and assists the team to ensure that activities are carried out effectively to meet requirements timely, appropriately and correctly
• Advises management of client attitudes, potential problems and key business developments
• Ensures to frequently update management on all activities and their status

| Responsibilities |
Interfaces with client and management, and is responsible for developing overall clients objectives, and overseeing the process from conception to delivery. He is the ultimate responsible for all the work performed in the account |
