| Duties and Functions |
Maintains a clean working environment, schematically organising products and colours within guidelines. Prepares list of stock to be reordered by the Manager. Ensures no opportunity is lost to link sales and increase profitability. Recommends stock selection and quantity to be ordered. Identifies products that enhance customers current purchase. Maintains full personal knowledge of all products in order to maximize customer sales, actively seeking out information on new products. Assists Boutique Manager in training new make-up artists (makeup application & techniques). Decides where to obtain current information. Recommends training activities. Advises clients on colours, provides lessons on how to apply make-up. Provides a bridal makeup service, including home visits on the wedding day. Makes recommendation to clients. Actively participates in monthly product launch party, to create newness and to attract customers. Suggest ideas for theme for month. |
| Responsibilities |
Gives demonstrations, advises customers how to wear makeup and provides special make-up services. Supports the boutique manager in daily operations like staff training, merchandising, stock reordering, etc. |
